Singing lessons with Kiki

Welcome! In my studio in Utrecht Kanaleneiland, you can work on singing, piano lessons, and songwriting. Together, we'll choose what you want to learn, at your own pace and with enjoyment.

When I started taking lessons with Kiki, I had been taking singing lessons for about a year. Even though I was still a beginner, we didn't shy away from challenging songs that appealed to me.
At one point, I was frequently having a sore throat due to respiratory infections. Kiki then suggested we write our own song together. She guided me through the entire process. It was quite a challenge, but I was incredibly happy with the final result.
What made this experience special for me was that I discovered that besides singing, you can also give voice to what's going on inside you by writing your own songs, in which you express your feelings. The whole experience gave me a lot of satisfaction and joy.
Kiki is able to convey her love for music very well and I can definitely recommend her.

About me

Hi! I'm Kiki...

My name is Kiki, and I'm a singer, songwriter, and voice teacher. I usually sing my own pop music under the name KIIK, and sometimes I perform Brazilian samba classics. I also enjoy writing music for myself and others. In 2024, I graduated from the jazz-pop department of the Utrecht Conservatory and have since taught at various music schools. Now I have a home in Utrecht.
